International Competition: Finished ninth in 50 meter free rifle prone at the 2002 ISSF World Shooting Championship at Lahti Region, Finland . tied for 17th in 50 meter rifle prone at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester, England.

 

2003 (Senior Season): Finished seventh in air rifle (388) and 10th in smallbore rifle (1,167) at the NCAA Individual Championships . season-highs of 1,178 in smallbore rifle against Air Force, 395 in air rifle at the Collegiate Sectional and an aggregate of 1,572 (1,180 smallbore, 392 air) at Kentucky.

 

2002 (Junior Season): Received All-Academic Collegiate Coaches Award . season-high 1,175 in smallbore at the Buckeye International . season-high 393 in air rifle against Rose-Hulman . top aggregate mark of 1,567 in the Buckeye Invitational (1,175 smallbore, 392 air rifle) . Smallbore (581) champion of the Western Intercollegiate Rifle Conference Championship and was second in air rifle (385) . first team All-WIRC conference selection in smallbore and air rifle . named second team 2002 National Rifle Association Collegiate All-American in smallbore and air rifle.

 

2001 (Sophomore Season): Advanced to the NCAA Championship in individual smallbore rifle, finishing 12th with a 1,153 mark . won both the smallbore and air rifle championship of the Western Intercollegiate Rifle Conference . first team All-WIRC Conference selection in both events . season-high of 1,170 in smallbore at the Buckeye Invitational . air rifle season-high of 390 against Kentucky and at the Buckeye Invitational . aggregate season-high of 1,560 (1,170 smallbore, 390 air rifle) at the Buckeye Invitational . co-captain of squad.

 

Vivekanand High School: National gold medalist and renowned shot of India . won two gold, one silver and one bronze medals in the 1999 National Shooting Championship at Banglore . received two bronze medals in 1998 Nationals in New Delhi and a silver and bronze in the 1997 Nationals in Asansol . won the free rifle gold medal in state shooting championship for three straight years . four-time winner of Maharashtra air weapon competition . represented his state in the nationals for the last five years . other honors include Outstanding Shooter Award from the Rotary Club of Kolhapur, Excellence in Shooting Award from the Ankush Nagary Shakary Path Sanstha and the D. C. Narke Award (symbol of excellence in shooting) . hopes to shoot for India in the 2004 Olympics.
